Compounded reps add up to waves of progress
But the more days you skip and avoid putting in the reps on your dreams and goals, the more likely you will remain in the same place you are today.
If you’re struggling to finish your book, start with one sentence. Then, graduate to one paragraph. Then, move to one page. Finally, start writing a chapter a day.
If you struggle to work out, start with a few jumping jacks at home. Then, move to a short walk. Then take your ass to the gym.
Sometimes, all you’ll have in you is one rep. But one rep compounds over time, and compounded progress creates your ideal outcomes.
