Sometimes the best thing you can do when you’re rambling off the truth to someone you care about, is to pause for a minute, think about what you are saying, and keep that next thought to yourself.
A lot of subjects and thoughts are with mentioning, but many are hurtful, damaging, unworthy, and pointless to mention, which is why sometimes it’s a GREAT idea to keep it to yourself. Your relationship (and your day) just might be better off if you do this.
