If you’re going to partake in it, decrease the amount you desire (or moderate it) by switching up the order in which you eat:
Start with 1–2 glasses of water.
Eat your veggies (preferably raw).
Consume your proteins.
Next, engage with the fats.
Finally, see what appetite you have left for carbs and sugars.
Frequently, not much room is left when you eat your food in this order.
If you’re struggling with sugar cravings, this is an excellent way to decrease them. It works every time.
