Laughter is one of the most potent medications you can leverage for healing, stress relief, hormone regulation, and overall health.
When was the last time you laughed heartily?
After attending a comedy show recently, I was reminded of how important it is to laugh because of how exhilarating it makes you feel. But laughter should be a daily occurrence. The more we laugh, the better our lives will be and the more positive results we will attract.
When you feel well, you live well.
Aim to laugh as much as possible. There are only pros to laughing.
