Watching television, scrolling the internet, or social media seem to be more entertaining avenues to spend your time; however, this isn’t how you grow, progress on your goals, and improve your life.
Also, consider that most of the content we are exposed to is garbage and potentially toxic to our thoughts, well-being, beliefs, and minds.
The most outstanding leaders are dedicated to learning, reviewing their mistakes, exposing themselves to more knowledge, and not overspending their time on valueless activities.
