There are significant rewards in releasing the old
Letting go can be a painful process. In a way, it’s like death or a shedding of the old that you’re used to having around.
A good friend of mine had issues letting go of toxic people in their life, and it wreaked permanent havoc on their life. They desperately wanted to release the toxic people but were too addicted and comfortable with mediocre relationships.
It’s hard to let go, but it’s also doable and rewarding.
