The past is dead. Don’t try to bring it back to life. Say bye-bye.
Most of us have done things, said things, and felt things that we aren’t so proud of, but what’s more important is that we make a new decision to better ourselves to create a better outcome and a more refined human being.
A lot of people end up regressing in life because they can’t forgive themselves for mistakes they made in the past. They allow their mistakes to haunt them for the rest of their lives—preventing them from living out their potential.
Forgive yourself, and then forgive yourself some more.
Accept who you were yesterday.
Love yourself unconditionally.

But acknowledge who you plan to become from this point, and take action.
You have a choice:
Live in the past.
Live in the present.
I get it. We all have those moments we really fucked up big time, but guess what? So does everyone else. No one is without flaws, imperfections, and mistakes. Move forward and move differently.
