Learn from it and let it go
Mistakes, destructive decisions, and unhealthy habits will eventually be present in our lives.
The goal is not only to hash on these for a short time. But more importantly, we should not carry these little or big failures forward.
When you carry failure forward, you negatively impact your confidence and self-esteem, negatively affecting your current and future choices.
One of the primary reasons some continuously make unproductive decisions is that they continuously carry their failures with them.
Let go of your failures and realize you are not your failures; those were simply choices.
You and your choices are two different entities. One does not define the other.
Don’t carry your failures forward.
