Maintain your motivation at all costs
We will all have periods when we feel like giving up the passionate fire on our dreams and goals, and if we’re not careful, we will give our torches away and allow circumstances and people to kill the energy we have for our goals.
Before you give up, interrogate yourself.
What is your primary goal and burning desire that you wish to achieve? Are you willing to give it up and cease making progress? If so, will you be able to comfortably live with yourself after doing so?
Sometimes we have to take a break and recalibrate our mindsets and energy.
We might need to watch, listen, or read motivating materials. We might need to take a break from tv, social media, and constant internet use. We might need to change our circle of friends. We might need to ditch our partners. We need to eliminate negative modes of thinking. We might need to restructure our goals.
Whatever the case, don’t hand the torch of your dreams and goals to anything or anyone. Before you do that, always interrogate yourself and find even the tiniest ounce of strength within yourself to succeed. Because you can succeed, and you must believe you can succeed to manifest your success.
Notice What Or Who Causes You To Feel Unmotivated
Think back to the most recent time you noticed a decreased motivation.
Our surroundings, actions, and the people around us can affect our feelings about our primary goals.
People
Are you surrounding yourself with the right people?
Sometimes, you will be unable to control the people you’re around. So how can you counter the effects of them?
By reading, listening, and watching valuable content. And by maintaining high vibrations to attract people with similar energy as you.

One of the most powerful habits I implement daily is to control the content I intake.
I’m very picky about the content I watch and how much garbage I allow into my life.
Most people don’t have a filter on the garbage they allow in their lives.
They spend countless hours on social media, watching television, reading trash articles, and listening to garbage music.
What you intake, you become.
So what are you intaking regularly?

Are you maintaining negative thoughts?
Your mind is your most powerful tool.
If you constantly think negatively, you will lose motivation and the ability to progress on your goals.
It’s hard to monitor every thought you have.
The best way to monitor your thoughts is by how you feel.
So how are you feeling? And if you’re not feeling that great, what can you do right now to start feeling great?
What do your habits look like?
The actions you take daily either add or decrease your value.
Observe your day-to-day actions, and ask yourself how they are contributing to or distracting from your life.
