Re-balance your energy
Sometimes obsessions are positive- especially when they are providing a benefit to your life. But often, obsessions are merely debilitating and serve as distractions that prevent us from investing our attention where it’s most needed.
Questions to think about:
Where might you be experiencing an obsession?
Where am I making the least amount of progress?
What areas in your life might you need a re-balance of time, energy, and effort?
