Building Muscle
Increase your weight every week.
If not, then aim for every two weeks.
But there are usually tiny incremental weights (2.5–10.0 pounds) that will allow you to increase your weights without them being too heavy, which will sacrifice your form or make it incapable of lifting.
Increasing your weight concisely will ensure you build strength.
The more strength you have, the more your body compensates by adding muscle.
If you’re not adding weight each week, start doing this. You will notice changes immediately in both your physique and strength levels.
