Are you over-sitting your body?
Each day you should stretch and practice yoga-like poses for balance, strength, and flexibility.
When you do this, you help break up tension you’ve been building in your body from all the sitting you’re doing daily.
Dynamic stretching and yoga will keep you more limber, stronger, and balanced to increase longevity, prevent falls, and decrease injuries.
As comfy as sitting feels, be sure you’re also taking standing breaks.
We were never meant to sit all day.
Since you know this, decrease the length of your sitting sessions.
