This simple tip will do just the trick
Many of us are dehydrated. One of the critical signs of it outside of the color of our urine is to question how we feel.
Do we feel energized, or do we feel a bit sluggish? We might feel this way for plenty of reasons, but one thing you can do to eliminate other variables is to stay hydrated.
Put down the coffee, sugar, and sugar-free drinks and prioritize hydrating your body.
I recently told someone that dehydration is the key to solving all your problems in this new climate. Focus on hydrating. Sometimes that’s all you need.
Keep water at your desk at all times. And if you commute to work, carry a water bottle to and from work. Don’t rely on free water, water fountains, or the break room for your water.
Be more proactive and bring your water to work and keep it with you at all times, so you can prioritize drinking water wherever you are and wherever you go.
Key Takeaway: You’re more likely to drink water if you keep it nearby. Keep water with you at all times.
