A life-changing health secret
Who enjoys blood spilling out of their bodies every month? If you do, you are a rare human, and I’d like to meet you to understand your philosophy.
For us regular folks, I’m thankful I’m healthy and have a cycle, but if I could eradicate it without hormones and surgery, I would instantly.
In the meantime, I’ve been exposed to a little secret, and it’s called DIM (diindolylmethane), which is an anti-carcinogenic compound found in cruciferous vegetables.
The primary purpose of DIM is that helps balance out your hormone levels by flushing out unutilized estrogen.
And for me, it’s shortened my period and decreased the intensity of it. No more jumbo and heavy pads and tampons thank you very much.
Do you have any of the following symptoms?
PMS
Acne
Moodiness
Weight gain
Long periods
Heavy periods
Painful periods
Excessive hermmoraging
Acne
I dealt with a lot of acne in the past. Even though I took powerful skin medication, I was still dealing with consistent breakouts. Once I was on DIM for about 60–90 days, the breakouts subsided by 99%.
Long & Heavy Periods
My periods were both heavy and long, which meant one thing, discomfort, and inconvenience.
DIM has significantly improved my cycles. Not only are they shorter, but I don’t feel much of anything. I used to get a warning a week before my periods by either a skin breakout or cramping. Now, I get caught by surprise because I feel nothing.
Excessive Hemorrhaging
My best friend was dealing with excessive hemorrhaging for quite some time. Every doctor told her she needed surgery to manage the issue and take prescribed medication.
Surgery was a last resort, and the medication didn’t work. But one doctor recommended DIM, and she noticed immediate improvement, which is why I’m taking DIM now.
An Alternative If You Don’t Want To Take The Supplement
If you don’t want to take the DIM supplement, you can get it from cruciferous vegetables-broccoli, cabbage, brussels sprouts, and cauliflower. So eat a ton of these items to get similar benefits.
I can’t imagine going back. The supplement has literally changed my life.
According to Web MD, some other benefits of the DIM compound include:
Helps prevent the effects of estrogen on cells
Slows some cancer cells
Lowers toxins produced by your body’s natural metabolism
Boosts antioxidants
Promotes weight loss
Enhances memory
Improves mood
Reduces symptoms of PMS
Supports cardiovascular health
Promotes good muscle development
Improves prostate health for men
