It is common practice to abandon your health goals when you vacation. Most people let loose and have little desire to practice self-discipline when they get away from all life’s responsibilities and obligations.
But this is another example of what separates the world-class from the rest.
It is okay to rest your body, but when you have a goal, you continue to make progress on your goals no matter what.
No more zero days – each day provides you the opportunity to progress on your goals. Don’t take a single day for granted.
Life presents us with too many opportunities to abandon our goals. The choice is up to us how much progress we make or don’t make. But everyday we skip, is another day of zero progress.
