It’s easy to ignore how our bodies feel after eating or drinking something. Hours after eating something, you get a headache and take some tylenol – not realizing that you got the headache because you ate something your body did not like.
Has your skin been breaking out lately? Do you ever feel fatigued not too long after waking up for the day?
We have more control over how our bodies feel than we think, and the way we feel on any given day is often tied to our diets.
If you’ve been feeling off lately or not your best, start tracking your diet to learn how your body responds to certain things. Going through life with high energy, crisp thinking, and a pep in your step is much more fun. We don’t have to settle for feeling sluggish most of the time.
And remember, just because something is “healthy” doesn’t mean your body will like it or respond positively. Our bodies are all unique and respond to certain foods, liquids, supplements, and products in various ways.
