We tend to ask for less than we deserve because we undervalue and undersell our skills, expertise, education, and diligence.
I speak with people every day about their careers and salaries.
These individuals’ most common missing factor is a lack of self-confidence.
If you don’t have confidence, you will arrive nowhere in life or far behind where you could’ve been.
Once you improve your confidence, shatter your poor self-image, and disregard the insecurities and fears that hold you back from your limitless potential, you will break barriers and earn more than others who continue to present themselves less confidently and don’t negotiate higher salaries.
There is no difference between the person who earns 60k or 300k outside of their confidence and level of thinking.
Think bigger. Eradicate small thinking.
