There are real levels of stress.
And there are pseudo levels of stress.
Stress is our notification system to let us know when we need to slow down and take a breath. But other times, we create our own stress — for no good reason.

If you are feeling any type of stress, take a moment to identify why you are feeling this stress.
:: Is this stress self-imposed?
:: Is the stress helping you grow?
:: Is the stress detracting from your happiness?
:: Is the stress something you can decrease at this moment?
Much of the stress we feel is within our control. Take a step today, acknowledge all of the different elements that are causing you stress and determine which ones you can rid your life of.
