The gift a book can bring to your writing
Are you struggling to produce content? Read a book. Especially books focused on your genre of writing. We often need a simple idea, phrase, sentence, paragraph, or chapter to provide all the content we need for the day.
Tap into some new material by tapping into the unread books sitting around your house. You don’t have to read a whole chapter; you can read a page or section (this is usually all it takes). Plus, our minds appreciate digesting material in small bites. You tend to learn better that way, too.
Not into books? Read an article. Articles offer super-quick ways to ingest content.
So, what did you read today that you can write about?
