It’s all within your power
Whether you are naturally slim, thick, or average, your responsibility is to prioritize your health.
We all have unique body types, and we must respect our body types. When you don’t respect your body type, you end up wreaking havoc and doing damage that can be avoided.
Many people eat burgers, fries, ice cream, and cookies daily as if they have the body type to handle this kind of caloric damage, but it’s a big mistake. The pounds continue accumulating, and the internal health continues to deteriorate.
At what point will you respect your body type and health? Enough is enough, right? The headaches, the weight gain, the lethargy, the skin issues, the other health issues…all of these things can be mitigated if you change your diet and respect your health and well-being.
More often than not, health is a choice. Processed foods, sugar, fatty meals, and fast food will always be available, but your health? Not so much if you treat it poorly. You can make changes now, or you can make them later. Either way, there will be consequences – whether they are negative or positive is up to you.
