You might need rest, which can look different depending on your needs. S
leep restores and heals the body, but rest restores the soul, clears the mind, and hits the reset button.
When was the last time you did absolutely nothing?
Ways you can take a rest:
Take a break from electronics.
Lay down in bed, do nothing, and rest your eyes.
Eliminate unhealthy and processed foods briefly (i.e., detox).
Take a long quiet, peaceful walk by yourself or people w/ positive energy.
If you’re highly productive, your body will require more sleep and plenty of rest to recover. By taking breaks to rest, you will increase your productivity.
