Many prolong the process of letting go of something or someone that is not offering genuine and positive value to their lives. Instead of being like the many, be proactive with what and who you keep in your life; the people and things we collect often insidiously affect us in some shape or form.
There is usually something or someone in our lives that we need to let go of.
Examples of Emotions We Need To Let Go Of:
Uncertainty
Unhappiness
Depression
Unproductive actions
Shame
Regret
Embarrassment
Imposter syndrome
Insecurity
Self-doubt
Self-hate
Unnecessary stress
Pessimism
Unforgiveness
Unrealistic attachments to people
Not feeling “good enough”
Unproductive loneliness
Examples of People & Things We Need To Let Go Of:
Missed opportunities
Toxic people
Past relationships
The past in general
Sickness
Procrastination of your goals
Unhealthy jobs
Jobs that detract happiness from our lives

Some Final Words
Let it all go. It won’t be easy, but you will be, feel, and act 10 times better when you do it. Let it go. Let that situation go. Let those negative feelings go. Let her go. Let him go. Let everything and everyone keeping you stuck.
Letting go is a sure way to reinvent yourself.
