Should I be eating this? Will this contribute to my health and fitness goals?
If the answer is “no,” then skip it.
Always think long-term vs. short-term when it comes to your health.
No, you won’t notice the effects immediately, but eventually, you will develop astounding self-discipline and set yourself up to reach your target goals.
Sacrifice will be required. Nothing worthwhile in this life is free of pain and temporary discomfort.
