Simpletons learn the hard way, but the wise learn by listening (Proverbs 21:11).
Throughout my life, I’ve learned more through observing and watching others. I digest and analyze their mistakes, hardest lessons, communication patterns, habits, achievements, and behaviors.
Some of the questions I ask myself when it comes to observing the lives of others include:
What is working for them?
What isn’t working for them?
What do I admire about them?
What do I disagree with?
How can I do it better?
