Late nights will be required
If you’re managing several obligations, relationships, and goals, you may sometimes find yourself in a bit of a time strap.
You have to decide what comes first: your goals or your sleep. Most of the time, you need to pick sleep, but there will be those nights that you need to dig deep and follow through because you’re about to hit a breakthrough.
Be open to these moments so that you can achieve your goals faster. The bed will always be available to you, but we only have so much time on this earth to focus on our goals.
**It is not healthy to consistently skip sleep; this should only be an inconsistent occurrence.
