Decisions & Choices
Decisions have been a rolling theme lately. First, we discussed using logic more than emotion. Then, we spoke about slowing down your decision-making. And now we will chat about another tip when it comes to making decisions: sleeping on it.
Some of our decisions benefit us, and others don’t. When you slow down the decision-making process for the BIG-Life-Altering choices, you increase the chance of being more satisfied with the outcome of the final decision you make.

It takes discipline, self-control, restraint, willpower, and courage not to jump the gun for consequential decisions. Sleeping on decisions can open your mind to alternative and creative options that you may not have realized previously. Sleep is where the magic happens—not only for your health but for your mental clarity.
If you ever feel stuck on a decision, sleep on it. It might take you one night, it might take you several nights, but some decisions should never be rushed. Choose your choices wisely.
