Or Create the Opportunity to Speak Up
How many times have you wished you would have said something when someone was out of line, someone was getting hurt, or injustice was taking place? Sometimes, you are even the one who is experiencing unfair treatment.
I know I’ve missed many opportunities by staying silent.
It’s easy to stay silent, though, and staying silent is a passive way to let things happen (that shouldn’t) not only in our lives but the lives of others.
If you’re getting value from this — sign up for my newsletter, a free daily 5 AM email. Discipline delivered before the sun comes up.
I encourage each of you to speak up when you see an opportunity to do so, and when you don’t feel you have the chance to speak up, create it because someone needs to hear your voice.
Your voice matters.
