At what point does venting become excessive?
Venting. We all need to do it at times, so we don’t go stir crazy, but it becomes excessive at what point? Usually, quite sooner than we might think.
When you complain, how do you feel afterward?
Some might answer dirty, worse than before I started, emotionally distraught, or unproductive.
There is nothing productive that can come from complaining. However, what you feel like complaining about can guide you to take the necessary action that eradicates your reason to complain in the first place.
