What are some habits you already do? Maybe you make a cup of coffee every morning, and you need to work on your relationship:
Morning Routine + Relationship Addition
Wake up + shower + make a cup of coffee + make a cup of coffee/tea for partner (new)
We don’t need to reinvent the wheel. Whatever we want to accomplish, we can add it to activities we already do throughout the day.
