Be emotionally immune to turmoil
Low moments, “negative” circumstances, drama, grief, loss, and “unfortunate” events will occur in our lives, but this does not mean we have to transition into a low frequency.
We can still be happy.
If you don’t know how to feel happy, refer to your happy list (a list of all the activities and people who make you feel happiness and joy).
