Not all of life is enjoyable, easy, and smooth. There will be dark times as we all know.
There will be times where it hurts to get out of bed. There will be times where you feel stuck. There will be times where you are depressed or discouraged.
These times will come, which is why it is critical to have optimism, and the gumption to take initiative for yourself to surround yourself with the right positive forces.

When you’re low, don’t stay low. Feel the lows, but don’t establish a relationship with the lows.
Get out of the lows by speaking positive affirmations to yourself (constantly), surrounding yourself by good-fun people, and being gentle and loving with yourself.
