& How Feelings Can Help You Create Wealth
Here are five things that will help you add and create wealth in your life. How do I know? I wasn’t born into wealth or a family with much money. People who surrounded me growing up complained about money, dealt with constant debt, lost their homes, lived above their means, and frequently used the words, “I (or we) can’t afford this.”
I didn’t want to have that lifestyle, so I chose to move differently.
The 5 Things That Will Help Create Wealth
Knowledge
Positivity
Persistence
Gratitude
Action
1. Knowledge
The more knowledge you acquire, the more opportunity you expose yourself to. Recently, I read ten personal finance books in a week. My entire outlook on money has shifted.
My outlook would have been the same if I had not acquired this information.
2. Positivity
Ever notice how intelligent, positive people seem to do better in life? I’m thinking of a couple right now. What’s different about them is they’re incredibly positive and highly knowledgable, which are two powerful assets to have, which is why they’re living a different lifestyle than most.
3. Persistence
If you don’t come from wealth, you must invest time, energy, and effort into building and creating wealth.
It won’t be easy. You will face barriers (which are self-imposed). But if you persist, you will win.
In anything, those who persist and continue to make progress on their financial goals are the ones who reach the finish line.
4. Gratitude
The more grateful you are, the more you attract into your life. Practice feeling grateful for all you have now, which will inevitably attract more into your life.
5. Action
When you’re persistently taking the right actions based on the knowledge you continuously acquire, there is no telling what you will accomplish financially.
Wealth is a mindset, and wealth is a choice. You are the variable that determines your outcomes.
How Feelings Can Help You Create Wealth
The easiest way to change your thoughts is to change your feelings.
Our feelings are indicators of what we’re thinking.
When we’re feeling bad, we’re likely thinking bad.
We may not be able to think on the spot what thoughts make us feel bad, but it’s usually due to an accumulation of thoughts that make us feel this way.
Outlets
Everyone needs positive outlets and anchors they can run to whenever they feel low.
These activities make you feel lighter and happier; they make you smile, laugh, dance, and walk with a pep in your step.
What are the activities you like to engage in that make you feel this way?
If any less than you’d like, rely on these things to lift you to a higher vibration.
Act Immediately
It’s easy to wallow and sit in negative feelings, but as soon as they come along, the best thing you can do for yourself is snap out of it or at least make yourself feel a little better.
Here’s why it’s best to transition yourself to a higher state:
The better you feel, the better experiences, favor, luck, and goodness you attract.
Ever notice that when you’re happy, things tend to go your way more often?
Ever notice when you’re sad, angry, or frustrated that things get worse the longer you’re in the state?
You don’t have to force yourself out of a negative state. Instead, focus on improving your state to make it better than it is.
And then continue the process. Continue thinking and engaging in productive activities, habits, and thought patterns that make you feel a bit better. Eventually, you’ll come out of the lower vibrational frequency.
And the sooner you come out, the sooner you can return to attracting the right circumstances, thoughts, and positive feelings into your reality.
Summary
Thoughts are tied to feelings. People don’t realize their feelings are critical indicators of their thoughts.
If you think positively and productively, you will feel positive and productive.
It’s hard to monitor every thought you’re having actively, so the best way to monitor your thoughts is by monitoring your feelings.
Affirmation: I am in tune with my feelings. When I feel low, I focus on shifting my feelings to a higher vibration by engaging in an activity that brings me more joy or makes me feel slightly better.
