Take the highest road and practice emotional maturity
I’m sure all of us have given passive-aggressive energy to others or been on the receiving end.
As you become more emotionally mature, passive-aggressive behavior becomes foreign to your mode of conduct. You also spot it more easily in others when it occurs. Instead of judging others for it or responding in kind, you respond directly from a place of love and respect.
Don’t take it personally or make it your duty to help others become more direct. Exhibit the behaviors you want to experience from others, which might inspire others to shift their behavior towards you. It’s worth a shot.
