4 methods to transform your life
Desire: What do you desire to be different? Once your desires become strong enough, at some point, you will reach a new realm that makes feels disgusting.
Disgust: We must reach a point where we become so uncomfortable with our situation that we realize we can only implement change. We have to act!
Decision: Disgust is a powerful emotion; it leads to radical change. One decision can be life-altering for the present moment and years to come.
Resolve: Resolve is the most important out of the four. You must decide that you will never quit striving to implement effective decisions that will transform your life. You must decide that you will take actions that consistently lead to transformation.
