An easy but painful exercise for the average person
This suggestion will only apply if you’re on your electronics (i.e., phone or tablet).
One way to significantly increase your productivity is to stay off all messaging and social media apps. The longer you stay off these apps, the more you increase your focus.
You’ll likely start to notice certain people you can do without.
We spend significant amount of time on our phones, tablets, and laptops. But we spend even more time conducting mindless activities such as messaging, scrolling the internet without intention, watching videos, and swiping through social media.
If you want to observe a razor sharp shift in your productivity, simply take a break from all these apps.
It’s that simple.
