It’s not the easiest thing in the world to commence a detox and follow through with it. But detoxes provide benefits that will impact all aspects of your life. For me, I like to conduct detoxes—throughout the year—as a discipline exercise and to remind myself that I am in control of my habits and actions.
What could you use a detox from:
TV
Social Media
Fast Food
Sugar
Processed Foods
Coffee
Etc.
If you’re getting value from this — sign up for my newsletter, a free daily 5 AM email. Discipline delivered before the sun comes up.
Whatever it is, our lives can easily get off balance and off track. Detoxing provides clarity, enhanced focus, self-control, discipline, and improved health (mentally, physically, emotionally, and spiritually).
If you haven’t taken a detox in a while, I encourage you to take one. It will be challenging when you first get started, but as you go, you will feel 10x’s better than before you started.
As I’m completing my 21-day detox today from sugar and fast food, I feel lighter, cleaner, more in control, and healthier.
