Surround yourself with life and tend to the plants
Now that the plants are in my room, I’m surrounded by extra life (on top of all my dogs), and I get to engage with my plants more frequently.
The other day, I spent about 1 hour tending to my plants, and it was one of the most therapeutic activities.
If you haven’t explored plants, try it out. You might fall in love with the plants and what tending to plants does for you.
Whether you’ve been experiencing high or low moods lately, plant therapy will potentially improve your mental peace, lower your anxiety levels, and help you be more captivated by the present moment.
