Stop to be grateful for a moment
Take an inventory of your life.
Take an inventory of your relationships.
Take an inventory of all of the skills, abilities, and talents you possess.
Take an inventory of all the good happening in your life and the not-so-good that isn’t the worst thing in the world.
Once locked into pursuing something, you can quickly forget to be grateful for what you have.
Hold up! Before I pursue the next thing, let me ensure I’m grateful for what I have now.
When we continuously take people, things, and opportunities for granted, we set ourselves up to lose them or not appreciate the next set of people and things that come into our lives.
Key Message: Before jumping into the next pursuit, be sure you take time to appreciate what you’ve accomplished and what is present in your life now.
