As soon as I finish updating my resume, I’ll start applying.

The resume is never complete until you sign the job offer, and here’s why:
As you consistently apply to jobs, you will notice things listed in job descriptions that you have experience doing but are not reflected in your resume.
The more jobs you apply to, the more discrepancies you will notice in your resume and the opportunity to optimize it.
Don’t get comfortable with version 1 of your resume.

Continue making minor tweaks and optimizing them to experience the best results on your job search.
