You either work with or against time
When you tell yourself and others there isn’t enough time, you’re lying to them and yourself.
There is always time.
What do you want to do with your time, and what are you doing with your time today?
If you don’t think there is enough time to do what you need to do, there are likely some habits you can eradicate from your routine to increase your available time.
Here are a few things to cut out right off the bat:
Television
Streaming
Social Media
Internet usage
Not having a plan for your day
Lack of boundaries with yourself and others
