Go on a date with your pillow for an extended time slot, and take a break from the phone, tv, and bright lights. You’ll often wake up feeling brand spanking new. The key is to get your a** in the bed to experience the benefits.
On average, dogs sleep 12 to 14 hours on any given day. No wonder they seem to be much happier than human beings.
