We’ve become accustomed to taking a lazy approach to our health
There have been way too many times when people opt to take the elevator instead of a short flight of stairs…
Come on, people.
Use the legs you’ve been blessed with to get some extra steps in, increase your physical activity, improve your blood flow, and enhance your overall health.
Many of you skip taking simple, extra steps to invest in your health because you’ve become accustomed to taking a lazy approach to your health.
But the more you take a lazy approach to your health, the more lazy your body will respond, providing you with an optimal health experience.
Walking down the stairs is such an easy win; whenever I can, I take the stairs down when it’s a simple flight.
Don’t skip the easy wins.
