A book
A walk
Meditation
Deep breathing
A glass of water
A positive podcast
Time devoted to your goals
A moment of silent stretching
A dance or listen to your favorite music
We deserve to give ourselves something before giving everything else to everyone else for the rest of the day.
Take a moment for yourself when the day begins. Observe your feelings, visualize your desires, give yourself a gift, and then get started.
Everything and everyone else will be ready and waiting for us, but we don’t want to keep ourselves waiting for a moment of self-care.
