Oral Care (My Non-Negotiables)
Oral-B iO Electric Toothbrush — a must-have, and I bring extra heads. You’re supposed to swap heads often when you travel, and if one lands somewhere questionable, I’ve got a backup ready.
Davids Toothpaste — I get the travel packs. Clean formula, easy to pack.
Arm & Hammer Baking Soda — I bring it to keep my teeth clean and bright.
Nutiva Coconut Oil — for oil pulling. I don’t always do it (it can be a chore on the road), but I like having it with me.
For My Feet
Crocs Classic Clogs — my feet breathe, and they’re genuinely comfortable to walk in all day.
Slim Flip Flops — shower shoes. I never travel without them.
Hydration & Hygiene
Ello Insulated Water Bottle — slender, easy to pack, easy to refill at the airport, and it doesn’t show water spots.
Hand Sanitizing Wipes — for wiping down whatever needs it. Even in five-star hotels, I wipe it down and sanitize.**
Supplements
AUVON Pill Organizer — I always pack my supplements. I’ll bring a couple of pill organizers to separate my herbs from my multis, and I keep my Seed on its own.
