The 4 things to avoid
Some people lose their appetite when they’re sick. Others eat whatever makes them feel good and go for comfort food.
As fun as eating comfort food can make you feel when you’re under the weather, it can also delay healing.
When you’re not feeling well, a few things to avoid to help you repair your body can include the following:
Dairy
Sugar
Eating out
Processed Foods
Sugar is the biggest one; this can increase inflammation in the body, and when you’re recovering, it’s best to stay away from the high inflammatory foods.
