Feelings of discouragement are going to come.
What can we do?
Feel the feelings, and persist.
It is essential that we keep living our lives. We don’t need to force the feelings out of our lives; we only need to allow them to exist for the moment.
Feel the discouragement.
Try to understand the discouragement if there is a reason, and keep moving forward.

Whatever you do, avoid getting caught up in your discouragement, and going down a dark rabbit hole.
Keep your eyes focused ahead because I am sure there are at least one or more things you can be grateful for during this moment of discouragement that you are experiencing.
So, what are you supposed to do when you feel discouraged?
Persist.
Acknowledge people, things, and experiences you can be grateful for.
Do not try and force the feelings to disappear or ignore them.
