Food and natural energy sources

Hight protein sources
Veggies
Nuts
I do eat out, but when I’m eating clean, I stick with a relatively consistent and clean diet, which includes protein (fish and eggs mostly), raw veggies (spinach and carrots), and nuts (pistachios and pecans).
There are other meals I eat as well that I cook and eat, but when I’m on the go, I keep things quick and simple to keep my productivity rate high.
Energy Sources
Water
Walking
Apple cider vinegar
Staying hydrated will keep your energy levels high. Walking will get you moving, releasing endorphins, and get your blood flowing. Apple cider vinegar will give you a quick blast of energy that always comes in handy on that last or mid-leg of the day.
I avoid coffee unless necessary because it dehydrates the body, which can be counterproductive.
Unless you’re hydrating aggressively, I don’t recommend coffee.
