You’re slowing down your progress!
The more you eat out, the less control you have over what’s going on in your body.
Moreover, not every restaurant has nutrition facts readily available on their menu.
It’s simply more challenging to track what’s going in and out of your body when you’re eating out.
And though healthy options are available at restaurants, most people don’t go for those.
Let’s just keep it real: Do you usually order something healthy or less healthy when you eat out?
If you answered “healthy,” you’re part of a niche group.
Eating out is convenient and fast, but it’s not easy on your body, waistline, numbers, and bank account.
Want to lose weight?
Want to improve your physique?
Want to decrease those numbers?
Want to experience higher-quality health?
Then you need to stop eating out. Why not give it up altogether until you reach your goal? It gets easy after you complete the first week and each subsequent week.
