Criticism is as numerous as grains of sand
Unfortunately, people will have something to say about everyone and everything. I’ve been slim most of my life, but people have commented on my body my whole life.
When I was a kid, I still remember one woman telling me that I would explode in weight when I became an adult since I was so slim. It didn’t hurt me, but I wondered why she said that to me.
Many overweight people feel like everyone is judging them every step of the way, but usually, we’re judging ourselves more than everyone else.
Be comfortable in your skin, get healthy, and exhibit confidence no matter your size and shape because you are beautiful.
No shape is free from ridicule and criticism. But we can free ourselves from ridicule and criticism by praising our bodies, viewing our bodies positively, and treating our external and internal selves well.
