Vigilantly watch your words
The more aware I become, the more I notice the words I’m saying.
Now, as a thought crosses my mind, I ask myself, “Does this thought serve my well-being or others?” If not, then I quickly adjust.
The more we entertain negative patterns, phrases, and thoughts, the more we start to emulate them and allow them to negatively infiltrate our minds and lives.
Think positive.
Speak positive.
Feel positive.
Be positive.
Live positive.
